Amanda Holden's Big Ride to Work

Amanda Holden's Big Ride to Work

Amanda Holden is about to do something EPIC!

The Heart Breakfast presenter is taking on her biggest challenge yet. From her Mum’s house in Bude in Cornwall, to the Heart Studio in London’s Leicester Square, Amanda Holden will cycle over 250 miles across 5 days to complete (possibly) the world’s longest commute to work!

Amanda is taking on this challenge to raise money for Heart’s Official charity, Global’s Make Some Noise, changing lives across the UK.

Along the way, Amanda will encounter treacherous terrain, immense inclines, and a few shocking Cycle Ride Surprises which could come in the form of special guests, huge donations, or bonus challenges along the way.

Global’s Make Some Noise fund vital projects in local communities, helping people through illness, mental health struggles, poverty and much more.

By supporting Amanda on her Big Ride to Work, you can help us to make sure nobody is left to face life’s toughest challenges alone.

40 hours in the saddle…
15,000 calories burned…
98,400 pedals turned…
ALL… in just 5 days

After undergoing an intense 6-week course of chemotherapy, Emilia spent 21 weeks in isolation at home, away from friends, school and her dance classes.

An amazing Family Support Worker, funded by Make Some Noise, helped Emilia through this tough time. Making sure she felt less alone.

“They came to my house to play games with me and look after me. It made me feel really happy.”

The Wild Robot follows Roz, a robot, through a powerful journey of self-discovery, exploring the connection between technology, nature and all living things along the way. Coming to cinemas on 18th October.
