Akasa GetEarly 

Akasa GetEarly is designed to provide you greater flexibility and convenience while travelling. With Akasa GetEarly you can seamlessly switch to an earlier flight at the airport. Passengers who reach the airport within four hours of their original flight departure can avail of this service and take an earlier flight, on the same day by paying a nominal fee. 

This service is exclusively available for all flights across Akasa Air’s  domestic destinations. 

How to Book Akasa GetEarly: 

This service is exclusively available for domestic flights and can be accessed by paying a nominal fee at the airport. To take advantage of Akasa GetEarly, simply head to the airport within four hours of the departure of your original flight.  

Please note:  

You must be physically present at the airport to utilise this service. 

Boarding an earlier flight is subject to seat availability and the discretion of our airport staff. 

Additional Information 

• Changes can only be made to advance your flight, not to postpone it. 
• The time difference between your desired flight and the original flight must not exceed four hours. For example, if your original flight is scheduled for 16:00 hrs, you can switch to a flight departing no earlier than 12:00 hrs. 
• Requests for changes will be confirmed only 60 minutes before the desired flight's departure, based on seat availability. 
• A non-refundable fee, payable at the airport of INR 1800 (inclusive of taxes) will be charged per sector, per passenger.  
• For corporate bookings, the fee is INR 900 (inclusive of taxes). 
• If your pre-booked seat is unavailable on the new flight, our airport staff will assign you a seat based on availability, and no refund will be issued for the pre-booked seat. 
• If you have pre-booked a Café Akasa meal, we will not be able to provide it on the new flight. Instead, you will be offered the choice to select a meal from the options available on board at no additional cost. 
• If you opt for Akasa GetEarly along with an A++ or A+ seat, additional charges will apply. 
• There are no refunds for any add-on services purchased prior to using Akasa GetEarly. 
• Unaccompanied minors, group bookings, and passengers traveling with pets are not eligible for Akasa GetEarly. 
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or for passengers who do not utilise the Akasa GetEarly service after purchasing it. 
• In case of any disputes regarding Akasa GetEarly, the decision made by Akasa Air will be binding.
